The first leaves of this microgreen start as 6 (3 each side), which gives it a curly look. Stems are white.
 
Flavour - The leaves have a flavour like its going to be spicey but tricks you with a sweetness. Hint of liquorice, radish, wasabi, and cardboard. If eaten in a bunch there is a mild spice to it.

Nutrients - Iron, Folic Acid, calcium, Vitamin C, E, and A. Seeds contains arachidic and linoleic fatty acids.
