Micro-Alfalfa seeds are very small and have a glutenus coating on them. These little plants are best to mist with water 3 times a day for the first week. This gives all these little seeds to recieve enough water to root themselves into the soil. 

Micro-Alfalfa grow quite small ~1/2" to 3/4" tall. 

Do not pre-soak these seeds as they will clump into very large clusters, which causes uneven growing and mould growth. 
 
Flavour - Quite plesent, nice gental/mild nutty flavour.
